I am committed to walking alongside young people, encouraging them to grow in faith, leadership, and confidence in who God has called them to be no matter where they are in the world.

I am passionate about helping people say yes to God’s calling and walk it out with confidence and faithfulness. Serving on the Kingdom Leaders board allows me to support and encourage those stepping into missions, while helping bridge the local church and the global mission of God. I believe deeply in raising up healthy, supported leaders who are sent well and cared for along the way.

Alesha has a beautiful story of redemption that has shaped her understanding of the love that God has for all people. Especially focused on young people who have experienced the hardships that life can bring. Overcoming begins with the love of Christ and is worked out by the hands and feet of the ones God calls. To be part of Kingdom Leaders is to accept a calling to change the world one soul at a time.
